Remanufactured Cartridges

What is a remanufactured cartridge?

These are cartridges that under certain conditions can be recycled after their first cycle of use. ARMOR replaces all worn or damaged parts as well as key components with new ones. These cartridges are then refilled, reassembled, and individually tested before final packaging. They are primarily integrated print head cartridges; however, this remanufacturing process is also compatible with reservoir inkjet solutions.

Cartridge Collection and Sorting Program
Only cartridges in excellent condition are kept, i.e. cartridges that pass the selection tests: contact and nozzle status and general cartridge condition. This is the mandatory starting point for obtaining good quality.

Cartridge Cleaning: Cartridges are then cleaned in a special machine designed to eliminate all traces of the original ink.

The foam inside the cartridge is always new.

Each cartridge is filled with suitable inks to obtain print quality and yields similar to the OEM cartridge.

Print test for each cartridge. After filling and drying, the cartridges are subject to extensive quality control: each cartridge undergoes strict printing tests.
