Mono Laser Cartridges

PROVEN MANUFACTURING PROCESS, CERTIFIED QUALITY

ARMOR Laser cartridges are called “remanufactured”, i.e. they have already been used once. We have collected them, replaced their worn parts, and tested them according to strict specifications. Reclaimed and ready to use, they offer similar performance to OEM cartridges.

HOW ARE LASER CARTRIDGES REMANUFACTURED?

Laser cartridges are manufactured by us in our factory in Morocco with full mastery of the manufacturing process and according to international quality and yield standards .

With our service specializing in industrial property all our cartridges respect Patents filed by the manufacturers.

An in-house R&D team composed of 10 people designs and develops all our mono and colour Laser cartridges. All cartridges are designed to strict specifications that meet the highest standards

Manufacturing Process

The mains steps in the manufacturing process:

demont Virgin cartridges used in our plants are completely disassembled.
Broken or worn components are separated and sorted by material (metal, powder, plastic) for reclamation by a partner specializing in 100% green end-of-life cartridge recycling .

Cleaning all reusable components

The cartridges are reassembled according to the steps and checks in a procedure. Quality controls are involved throughout the process. Example of a an assembly procedure (PDF )
